im on a diet are you?

Rocio Karvis: i am aware of what i eat, and i like to eat meals that have balanced nutrition. there are some things i avoid, like salt, sugar, trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, and if my weight goes up one week, i tend to be more careful the next week.but i do not really call this a diet. it is just the way i eat now. nothing is really forbidden, just avoided. if i over do one or two days, i will be more careful the next couple of day....Show more
