My sister-in-law is an inch taller than me (and I'm 6'1") and has a bigger adam's apple than I have. There's no doubt that she's a genetic woman, either, because I ended up with her amniotic fluid on the cuffs of my pants when she went into labor with my nephew.Living as a man I was always teased about my feminine hands. My mom's hands are more "masculine" than my dad's.One of my aunts has much thinner hair than I have.The point is, you can't tell from physical characteristics unles! s they're sporting a full beard and mustache, and even then it's hard because some genetic women can grow beards.It's also those "methods" that lead to genetic women being misidentified as transsexual.

Monroe Rainey: From a physical standpoint, the only way to tell if a woman is a transsexual is if they have noticeable male characteristics, such as face, shoulders, hips, etc. Even then, it can be challenging since there are plenty of natal women who have "male" physical characteristics. Another way is the voice, but only if the transwoman in question has a difficulity in being able to train their voice to sound more female.From a phychological standpoint, it's near impossible. There is no difference there.
