Donita Desjardin: You can look to see if you have any teacher stores around your house. This site is where we order stuff for the daycare I used to work at http://www.discountschoolsupply.com/community/welc... they have some pretty cool stuff!
Francisco Schonhardt: Find preschool things, basic toys, and accessories in basic colors. Keep the focus on primary colors (red, yellow, blue), simple shapes, clean lines etc.You can get a white board that is usually used for offices and put that up. Another idea could be to get a toddler-sized table and chair set. You could also put up the alphabet around the room and numbers as well. I really like your idea, but do you want your little boy to sleep in a preschool? Would you want to sleep in a school? Remember, while decorating and teaching him, that the room still is his bedroom, not a class room. It should be a place where he can learn, but also a place where he can play as he wishes, and not be overwhelmed by feelin! g like he's sleeping "at preschool"....Show more
Claire Billegas: Dollar tree has a teacher/learning section
Soraya Coodey: I did this with my son 18 years ago. I found the stuff I needed at craft stores and teacher stores. I purchased the alphabet like they have in classrooms and used it as a border all the way around his room and then shapes and numbers all over the walls.
